Initial Consultation
Our mediator will meet with you to learn about your situation, explain the divorce process, answer any questions you have, and allow you the opportunity to share your desired outcome for your family.
Information Gathering
We will provide you with a list of relevant financial documents to gather together and give you access to a secure, online shared folder. We’ll sort through your financial documents to give you a clear picture of where you stand.
Financial Analysis & Co-Parent Planning
We’ll analyze your finances to create an easy-to-understand summary with settlement options and a sound financial path. We’ll work together to determine the best co-parenting schedule for you and your children.
Negotiation & Settlement
Both parties will meet with our mediator and CDFA (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®) to learn about our findings and potential settlement options. We work with you until all aspects of your settlement are decided.
Documentation & Filing
We’ll compile the agreed-upon settlement in a summary of meetings that will be used to draft the final divorce decree. Our in-house attorney will file the necessary documents. The entire process can be completed in as little as 12 weeks. And you never see a judge or a courtroom.
