Peaceful Divorce Solutions provides clients emotional and financial support through divorce. We offer a Mediator, an in-house attorney, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, to support individuals during the divorce process. We help provide clarity to our clients during this emotional and financially confusing time.
Our mediator focuses on making sure both parties are heard and supported throughout the process. Our in-house attorney completes legal filings and draftings and can answer any legal concerns or questions that you have. Our Certified Divorce Financial Analyst eliminates confusion and provides clarity for your long-term financial decisions. We believe amicable and equitable division exists, and we strive to provide that to our clients so you can move forward feeling financially secure.

Dawna Bentley
Mediator
Through some personal experiences, Dawna observed first-hand the painful and scary emotions that can accompany divorce. She also discovered that the divorce process families are forced into is emotionally damaging and promotes conflict. She discovered a passion for changing and improving the process of divorce. After spending several years in the therapy field, Dawna became a trained mediator in January 2021. A few months later, Peaceful Divorce Solutions was born. Dawna has also received certification as a Co-Parenting Specialist. She’s unique in that she doesn’t have “law school” training. This enables Dawna to provide a multitude of creative tools to help families craft and create their divorce agreements. She strives to provide a safe environment to facilitate communication between both partners.
Danny Bentley

Danny has over 23 years of experience in the banking, finance, and mortgage industry. His training and expertise help divorcing couples make crucial financial decisions when dividing assets. He takes time to meet with each couple to learn about their financial fears, needs, and wishes. Most importantly, Danny provides a realistic and accurate review of a divorcing couple’s finances to provide an equitable agreement.
Keyler Masinelli
Attorney
Keyler Masinelli is a dedicated attorney with a passion for family and an unwavering belief that divorce doesn’t have to be a battle. Married and a proud parent of two young children, she understands the importance of a peaceful resolution in divorce. Keyler enjoys quality time playing board games with her kids and taking leisurely walks with her furry companion. Fluent in both English and Spanish Keyler was born in Cuba and moved to the USA at the age of 6, enriching her ability to connect with diverse clients.
